First a bowl of warm water, Hot water can damage. The bowl should be big enough to cover the figure. You'll need a toothbrush(new works best). You'll also need some liquid soap(non-moisturizer), paper towels And last but not least your action figure!
Sometimes you'll find the perfect action figure at a yard sale, you notice that this figure has seen better years. There's some dirt around the joints stuck to it and years of storage dust have made this action figure in desperate need of cleaning. EASY! With some basic home items you're ready to start.
Take a good look at your figure, if you find any bad areas, give more attention while cleaning. Put the figure in the bowl for 5 minutes, this will take off most dirt build ups. Put soap on the toothbrush and start scrubbing your figure, gentle to avoid damage. Soak the figure and let it sit for 1 minute, give it one last scrub on dirt build up spots(gentle again). Take it to the sink and give it a last rinse, with a paper towel, pat down your figure to get most water, do not rub to avoid damage. Set action figure on paper towel for 10 hours for left over water,no sunlight to avoid damage.
START CLEANING!!!
